The instructor will not provide advice or guidance regarding any participant’s specific legal situation. Participants should consult a licensed California attorney for legal advice related to their individual circumstances.
Scope of Instruction:
Instruction is limited to general information regarding court procedures, legal forms, and professional practices commonly used in family law and civil litigation. No legal documents will be prepared for participants during the workshop.
No Employment or Income Guarantee:
Completion of this workshop does not guarantee employment, income, business success, or acceptance by any employer, court, or government agency.
Continuing Education Responsibility:
Participants are responsible for confirming whether this workshop meets their individual continuing education requirements with the appropriate county or regulatory authority. Certificates of completion are provided for record-keeping purposes only.
Professional Conduct:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The instructor reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive behavior without refund.
Payment Terms:
Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. For installment plans, all payments must be completed no later than ten (10) days prior to the workshop. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the participant’s seat and any deposit paid
Refund & Transfer Policy
All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued. Transfers to a future workshop may be permitted at the instructor’s discretion and subject to availability.
Media Release:
The participant grants permission for photographs or video recordings taken during the workshop to be used for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the participant provides written notice opting out prior to the event.
